Ordering and Returns policy
N.B. Please leave plenty of time before your special day when ordering as all these goods are made to order only. If you require a fabric sample for matching please email me. for Free swatches.
Selecting quantity and design of bags. (applies to same design only)
If you require more than one bag in the same design please order the Total quantity of bags you require and include a 'note to seller' when you check out with PayPal with your preferences.
e.g. 2 x Ivory pouch bags design P1 and 1 x Black pouch bag design P1 Total 3 bags so enter 3 in the quantity option.
If you wish to order different designs and quantities in one checkout please email me with your preferences and I will suggest the best method available for you to get postage discounts.
How to Pay for your purchase:
I accept payments thorough PayPal only please, you may use your own PayPal balance or pay with a debit or credit card.
Use the online ordering form on the relevant pages to select your choices, do not change the quantity on the PayPal shopping cart page or you will be charged for the extra items. The JavaScript form will work out all the prices and postage costs for you.
Delivery Information:
Once your order has been received and your payment has cleared, it will be processed as soon as possible. As the goods on my website are all hand made to order they may take between 2-8 weeks to make depending on the quantity ordered. Usually small orders take less time.
1. Please ask first if you need the goods for a particular date.
2. You will be sent an email when your goods are ready for dispatch.
3. Postage is for First class signed for package you may need to make arrangements to be available to accept your package.
4. In the event of non-delivery and the package is returned, you the buyer will be liable for the added postage costs.
Returns Policy:
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel
your order within seven working days of
receipt of the goods, with the exception of items individually made to
order.
1. As all my goods on this site are made to order only ...you can only return goods if the are 'Faulty' or 'Damaged in transit'
.
2. You can not return goods if you 'change your mind' or the colour match is wrong and you did not ask for a sample swatch.
3. All the items are checked before dispatch and in the event of an item being 'Faulty' or 'Damaged in transit' it must be returned in original packaging and unused within 7-10 days of delivery. Damaged items will be replaced or refunded. You the buyer are responsible for the return postage cost, in some cases full postage costs will also be refunded. (libradesigns discretion)
4. Please use Recorded Delivery mail to return items..
5. Please remember to include details of your name, address and the reason
for return, e.g. 'Damaged or Faulty'. On receipt of the goods, with their
original packaging, a replacement will be sent as soon as possible.
6. No cash refunds on all made to order goods.
